One achievement we are particularly proud of is that our COO, Hrvoje Kusulja, is among the small group of Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs) in Croatia.
The Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) award is one of Microsoft’s most prestigious recognitions, granted to technology experts who make exceptional contributions to the community through knowledge sharing, technical expertise, and leadership within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Our organization is built around several key teams:

- 💻 Development Team – Designs, develops, and enhances business applications, automation solutions, and custom digital products tailored to client needs.
- 🤝 Customer Care Team – The first point of contact for our clients, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering strong relationships. The team also supports marketing initiatives, content creation, event organization, and the growth of the Nodefusion brand.
- ⚙️ Productivity Team – Focused on low-code and no-code solutions, Citizen Developer tools and services, reporting, intranet solutions, sales and service support, consulting, implementation, and process monitoring.
- 🏢 Administration & Headquarters – Provides operational support through finance, administration, human resources, business operations, and internal coordination across all teams.
